Let's face it - emergencies don't just happen during regular business hours! That's why the Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) was established; to provide after hour emergency care for the pets of the Wabash Valley!

Our clinic is open most evenings, every other weekend, and some holidays. All local veterinarians and hospitals are aware of our hours of operation. If your pet should experience an emergency outside of our operating hours, your regular veterinarian should be available or will have other instructions for emergency care. Our hours of operation are posted monthly on our Facebook page for review. We always suggest that you call our clinic before arriving to be sure that we have emergency veterinary professionals available.

Remember to trust your instincts. You know and love your pet, and you have the right to be worried if something seems wrong. Never hesitate to call!

Testimonials

What our clients say about us

  • "I'm so thankful for the emergency clinic. If they hadn't been there last Sunday when I had to take my Schnauzer in I don't think he would have made it. He spent the night there and the next 2 days at Heritage North clinic getting the treatment he needed. She took wonderful care of him. They genuinely care about the animals they care for. Thank you for being there. Emergencies don't always happen Monday thru Friday. Thank you Dr Cook!"

  • "They always take great care of our animals and The Cookes are very passionate about what they do."
